Return an Item

How do we ship?

Orders are shipped in discreet packaging from our offices in Maryland.

“Free Shipping” orders will be sent via USPS First Class Package Service. Expedited orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail.

When do we ship?

Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Orders are shipped and delivered to the carrier within 72hrs. All apparel is printed on-demand to reduce waste, and ships directly from our friends at Printful. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for printing and shipping.

Need to change or cancel an order?

Need to return or replace an item?

No worries! Returns and product replacements are free and easy.

Simply contact us here with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or replace. Someone from the BudKups Team will respond within 24hrs to assist you!

You may return your order within 90 days for a full refund. Refunds will be processed when the item is received by the return carrier. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to be processed by the customer's bank.
